The American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc. founded in 1894, is an international organization of 55,000 persons. Its sole objective is to advance through research, standards writing, publishing and continuing education the arts and sciences of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration to serve the evolving needs of the public.

BCA
The Building Commissioning Association members are dedicated building commissioning professionals, as well as associates who have an interest in the building commissioning profession.  The BCA's goal is to achieve high professional standards, while allowing for the diverse and creative approaches to building commissioning that benefit our profession and its clients.

CETA
The Controlled Environment Testing Association is devoted to promoting and developing quality assurance within the controlled environment testing industry. Together, professionals from throughout the industry have created a higher standard and a growing non-profit organization headquartered in Raleigh, NC.

FDA
The U.S. Food and Drug Administrations mission is to promote and protect the public health by helping safe and effective products reach the market in a timely way, to monitor products for continued safety after they are in use, and to help the public get the accurate, science-based information needed to improve health.

IAFCA
The International Air Filtration Certifiers Association (I.A.F.C.A.) is a non-profit trade association whose members are independent certifying companies interested in promoting professionalism in the Biological Safety Cabinet industry.

ISPE
The International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, is a global, not-for-profit membership organization that provides education, training, and technical publications to pharmaceutical manufacturing professionals.

NEBB
The National Environmental Balancing Bureau is a nonprofit organization, founded in 1971 by contractors in the heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) industry. NEBB exists to help architects, engineers, building owners, and contractors produce great buildings with HVAC systems that perform in ways they have been visualized and designed.

NIH
The National Institutes of Health is an Agency under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  NIH headquarters are located in Bethesda, Maryland, and the surrounding area. NIH funds scientific studies at universities and research institutions across the Nation.

SEFA
The Scientific Equipment and Furniture Association (SEFA) was organized in 1988 to meet the needs of an important industry of designers, manufacturers and installers of scientific equipment and furniture.
